None of this is harassment. Not even close.
Tweet number one: Trump called our war dead and war heroes suckers and lloser and Twitter allows him to post. It is also a fact that most of the cases of and the deaths from COVID-19 are and will continue to be Trumpers because of their unwillingness to comply. Twitter's censorship of that information may cost lives due to covid deaths, @Jack has allowed Trump to break the rules and spread lies that have killed 10's of thousands of Americans. Twitter has obstructed my efforts to convey that life saving information. That is a violation of the Bane Act..
Tweet two; It is a fact that most of the COVID-19 deaths going forward will be Trump supporters which for brevity I call MAGAts. Perhaps if the less bone headed ones and depraved ones read my tweet they would stop their spreading of the virus. Again, twitter's censorship of that information may have cost lives. As to me liking the fact that these depraved lie spreading disease spreading individuals who want civil war are dying, that is the sentiment of many decent Americans.
Tweet three: You censors really screwed the pooch on that one. I expressed my opinion of how traitors and enemies should be dealt with. Spreading disinformation is espionage and spies who are working against the interests of the United State can be tried, indefinitely detained, interrogated and executed. While unpopular facts are not welcome on Twitter my post is not a violation of twitter's purposefully ambiguous rules.
I think it is clear why one particular censor is targeting my tweets. I pointed out that Twitter deboosts and shadow bans. This information is in my profile.
I have made the case that 1 none of my tweets were harassing and 2 Twitter is targeting my tweets because some fact loathing, free speech hating tin god doesn't like facts, truth and any speech that Nazi deems unpopular.
Twitter and other social media giants are adding to the downfall of Wesern democracy, by putting subjective limits on speech with purposefully vague rules and its tolerance of lying and liars such as that orange criminal and his mob of MAGAts. Before Twitter opens itself up to any more litigation the droid reading this would be wise to forward this email to @Jack.
I have been in touch with legal departments at law schools with the aim of finding a legal remedy that will allow users to not only sue twitter as a corporation but also the droids such as the one who is reading this communication. I'll even share this communication with that whiny lying asshole Ted Cruz if it would mean the government will clip Twitters wings and toss Zuckerberg in and his mob like the traitors they are.
To the droid reading this, you would be wise to cooperate with the investigation because it's ones like you that corporate gangsters throw under the bus.. I would suggest that if you can, obtain internal documents and other communication and find a whistleblower law firm to protect yourself and put a fortune in your pocket.

Unfairly suspended account. Some anonymous censor said my tweets were abusive and harassing. That is not true.
ReplyDeleteThe speech stifling censor or anyone from Twitter in not communicating to explain how my tweets are in violation of any Twitter rules. This sort of censorship will not be good for Twitter in the long run. Independent and governmental investigations are taking place and action may be taken against Twitter by congress through civil action. I am lobbying congress to end corporate immunity so that the individuals at Twitter who screw with people will also be punished and exposed for this sleazy and cowardly behavior.
I expect my account to be fully restored and I expect the accounts of others who were unfairly targeted by your malicious bots and well bribed censors to be restored.
Twitter's tolerance of liars and it's hatred of unpopular speech has contributed to the coronavirus body count.

Social media is out of control. I rarely find myself agreeing with lyin Ted but he's right about those gangsters being drunk with power.

It is clear that since the Trump presidency Twitter has allowed constant lying by Trump and his mob and it was all about the money. People love watching train wrecks. There is no arguing the fact that Trump's Twitter lies are responsible for a huge percentage of the COVID-19. Jack Dorsey allowed those lies to remain knowing that Americans would die. Every Twitter employee should be investigated.
Twitter bans unpopular speech by using ambiguous rules of conduct which are not applied equally. Rich people can say what they want but us peasants are restricted by the whims of a some ignorant asshole who lacks the grey matter grasp the concept and the purpose of the 1st Amendment.
Congress in its disgraceful ways will call some corporate scumbag such as Zuckerberg, Dr Oz, Heather Bresch etc... and put on a dog and pony show scolding these criminals instead of punishing them. And the criminal walk away with their ill-gotten gains laughing all the way to the bank. It's disgusting. Teddy Roosevelt would have beaten the shit out of them. The rules for social media can be very simple. Any speech that is acceptable in the public square should be allowed because social media is the public square. Lying is not protected speech and lies should not be tolerated nor should the conveyance of a threat. Everything else should be allowed. Simple huh?
The whores at Youtube allowed Alex Jones to lie lie lie lie because Alex produced revenue. Youtube/Google is also complicit in lie spreading and censorship. Even the FCC is complicit in lie spreading by making political advertising exempt from truth in advertising.
I am a son of the WW-2 veteran who fought with the 63rd division. He saw the bodies in the death camps and he dealt with Nazis during the occupation. His brothers in arms learned all too well what unpunished lies combined with fascism/corporatism could do. Men like my father confronted liars and would not hesitate to punch them in their lie holes if they got stupid and kept lying. That justice is more valuable than what can be meted out by a court of law. Had Trump gone to public school back in his time, he would have gotten the malignant narcissism beaten out of him. If he tried some of his pedophile rape crap he would have been dealt with and the cops would have looked the other way.
Social media needs to be investigated from the bottom up and the top down. I suspect that Twitter censors are on the take but I also suspect that not everyone at the bottom at Twitter is an immoral asshole. If given protection and rewarded they would spill the goods on Dorsey and his mob. I suspect that same holds true for other social media thugs.
While I suppose this message is a waste of time, at least you know the story and perhaps you have some insight into how vulgar greed, lying and censorship has destroyed fabric of this country and why the only solution is to hold the gangsters accountable, confiscate their ill gotten gains and give the money to the American people above. MAGAts should be excluded.

The sanctions against social media need to be international and trash like Dorsey and Zuckerberg are in my opinion more evil than Putin because Putin, asshole that he is, might believe his lies, trolling and assassinations are for the good of Russia whereas the social media gangsters are simply doing it for their greed. PUNISH THEM!
