Manafort is just the tip of the iceberg and you can bet that he's thrown a lot of people under the bus in order to get time off his sentence. If one knows about criminal activity and if one fails to alert law enforcement one is guilty of Misprision of Felony and in the case of Trump they are also committing Misprision of Treason because Trump is a traitor.
