A Simple Way To Impeach Trump and Send Him To Prison

As we all know, Trump is a serial liar. If he talks long enough his lies will flow. As a witness, Trump could be called to testify before congress and when that happens Trump will do what Trump does best, LIE! Trump has told over 1000 lies since his run for president. Those lies are well documented.  All congress needs to do is grill him about his lies and criminal activity of his subordinates and campaign officials. Trump will lie. They will catch him in lie after lie after lie. Perjury and contempt of congress are high crimes and they are grounds for impeachment, after all Bill Clinton was impeached for lying to Ken Star about a blow job. Trump's lies will be about his treasonous activity. That's bit more serious than lying about cheating on your wife with a groupie. Trump is a dangerous man and we need to come up with creative ways to get him out of the Whitehouse and into a prison cell.

In 1857, Congress enacted a law which made "contempt of Congress" a criminal offense against the United States. The last time Congress arrested and detained a witness was in 1935. Since then, it has instead referred cases to the United States Department of Justice.
